Fulton J Sheen tribute

A long over due tribute to Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen. Please pray for his canonization.

Official Prayer:
Heavenly father, source of all holiness, you raise up within the Church in every age men and women who serve with heroic love and dedication. You have blessed your Church through the life and ministry of your faithful servant Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen. He has written and spoken well of your divine son Jesus Christ, and was a true instrument of the Holy Spirit in touching the hearts of countless people. If it be according to Your Will, for the honor and glory of the Most Holy Trinity and for the salvation of souls, we ask you to move the Church to proclaim him a saint. We ask this prayer through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Eternal Father, you alone grant us every blessing in heaven and on earth, through the redemptive mission of your Divine Son, Jesus Christ, and by the working of the Holy Spirit.

Sheen has more charisma, wisdom, and goodness than any televangelist today. These phony televangelists like Joel Osteen are just out to get people's money. Bishop Sheen really cared about America and helping people around the world. I tell you, if Sheen was around today and ran for president he would win !

@bennyfifty If he was presedent Our nation would be a MUCH better place. U are right about Sheen not being in it for the money, he singl handedly contributed millions of dollars from his show "Life is Worth Living" to the missions.

@rowsofvoices9 You ask why I watched this video even though I believe that all gods are delusions. Well, firstly I like to listen to and examine perspectives that are entirely contradictory to my own, to see if perhaps there is some new/different viewpoints that may sway my conclusions. You should try it sometime. Secondly, I am fascinated by the extent to which humans will believe the most bizarre stories, which defy all reality and common sense, and how humans will cling to such fantasies.

@online4videos If God is just a delusion for you, why in the world are your watching this video? Archbishop Sheen was a great showman. He had a wonderful knack of truly inspiring people and setting our hearts on fire with love for the Lord.

Fulton Sheen was a show-man. His friendly smile, his gentle comedy, and his clear speaking made him good at what he did. He paraded out his god delusions and presented them in any t.v. or media outlet available to him in his day.
