http://www.consumerwarningnetwork.com/2009/03/09/“produce-the-note”-dates-back-to-1600’s/ The “Produce the Note” strategy is giving hope to thousands of homeowners facing foreclosure in today’s dismal housing market, but the concept is far from new. The Original “Produce the Note” strategy dates back more than 300 years, and is still valid today.

  • too funny! Will do!!!

  • After losing my 1st home to servicing fraud related bankruptcy and foreclosure and now my 2nd home, a lease to purchase, to the seller/landlord going broke and giving the house back to the bank, my husband and I are attempting to buy a foreclosure with CASH from his retirement account. We were supposed to close on 3/13/09 and we were unable to because Fannie Mae and MERS can not show proper chain of ownership!! What a total mess for this country!

  • yesssss! Thank you for this video

  • what can someone do to stop a rocket docket?

  • This is very important because it's showing the emphasis on the ORIGINAL borrower and lender.

This fallout is because of unregulated Securitization of Mortgages for profit and thereby destroying the relationship between ORIGINAL borrower and lender.

With some creative financing along with the help of MERS, Wall Street destabilized the planet with risky bets and shitty record keeping.

Record keeping so shitty, they can't even legally prove they own the debits they're trying to collect.
