This was amazing and one of the best deconstructions/ruminations on male privilege that I've heard. I also like the last question the best. I love his answer but I'm not sure whether it gets to the bottom of fishers in the movement. I'm very interested in this because it is a real and debilitating problem ... but I will think on his answer more as well

I'm also dying for the whole talk. is there a reason it can't be posted?

I think the question is around people in Leftist movements, who ascribe to progressive/revolutionary work are still oppressive to each other. So - we still value people based on normative assumptions of beauty, still lie to each other, use each other sexually and so forth. He is pointing out a deep contradiction that revolutionaries have analysis for political systems but don't interrogate how that impacts our personal lives and our treatment of one another.
