Um... does Photoshop Elemts 6.0 have a blending/smearing tool? I know elements 7.0 does, but I need to know is 6.0 does. Please Respond!

Good tutorial but WAY to fast moving, I couldn't keep up with your fast talking and cursor- so , lost a lot of the understanding of details. Please slow down!

What if i cant press ctrl and click to choose what i want to.?? If I click ctrl-leftclick it shows the menu-box..
