The most interesting thing about this video for me is the discovery of the pulsation of fluorescent lights that I only became aware of when you slowed the video down.....amazing.....

Oh, I see. You played the fast spinning cube in slow motion with a high speed camera. Annotations would make things clearer. Until I saw the lights flickering, I assumed it was spinning very slowly and then fast forwarded.
