  • I donated money to this. I am really angry that "people" think it necessary to shoot or otherwise harm these little ones... they will pay in the spiritual world.

  • oh my god, this is horrible!

i adopted two bunnies that were seized in a large scale rescue in the barrie, ontario area.

    i'm going to donate!

maybe you should put the links in the sidebar?

  • =[ sad thank you saveabunny for rescueing bunnies =] <3

  • @kwhalegirl Unfortunately I heard the school authorized trappers to come in and shoot the rabbits and to stomp to death the ones that the bullets didn't kill. Thought their was outcry from the public and school kids and they stopped the horrible, cruel, discusting job was already done. Fortunately they didnt' succeed in killing all of them but most. Sad truely sad.

  • do you recodnize that those strat rabbits were over weight?

  • Thanks so much for posting this. I was actually having a conversation with someone recently who refused to believe in bunny dumps. She said it was all lies just to get "charity" money (!!!). I couldn't find any of the articles I've read over the years, but I did find this. So thank you for making this truth undeniable!

  • Thanks for doing this! I'm so grateful that there are people out there who care - sometimes it seems that no-one does.

We are currently working on a large feral bunny population at the in Victoria, BC Canada. We are lucky though, that they are not shot at or hurt here, most people are pretty good to them. Still, we are trying to chip away at the population through spay and neuter.

Good luck you you guys - keep up the great work!

  • Goodness, why are bunnies being dumped by a school?

I have a cat rescue, but someone brought us a rabbit they'd found in a park. It had clearly been a pet. Silly thing stole my hubby's heart. Named him Mr. BunBun.

Mr. BunBun used to chase my cats. Weird. The Prey chasing the Predators. The cats never tried to hurt him. I think the jumping ball of fur confused them. (;^)

  • thanks for posting this. i hope it lets people know that rabbits are amazing, beautiful, funny creatures that make awesome companions. they're not rodents, even though some people may think they are. they are intelligent, loving, playful, and entertaining, and they really deserve to be treated with respect and love and not treated as pests.

  • this is really touching! *****

  • how do you adopt them?
