@sampleplaza Yes but we didnt travel to see the house , we don't believe in marketing Myths , the fact is that my friend had a meeting in Brookhaven and so , we passed front of the city and I suggested him to^pass throu it , he never heard of it before , he's a scientist he doesnt care in urban myths ...and as to answer , I wouldnt not buy a "famous" house if I would seek tranquilitty , its the risk , the owner knew/knows it was the bad sideof it.
