    Actors today when asked about their role..only talk about ..."I lost weight", "gained weight"... "worked out",.. "body banani padi .."

    observe John, Shahid, Ajay Devngan, Sallu ( of course!), Hrithik, Sanju.. etc..

    If u r seeing results with ur workout nothing like it. n m nt here to be politically correct he he, I do weight training along with cardio n rest for 1 sumtimes 2 days. n ya if u in to serious workouts n also tht u said once in a while u diff stuff, I wud suggesr having a look at Victor costas vids, he is the 1 who changed my attitude towards fitness :D

  • Still dont mix it ...lifting weights and building body is two different things..Now it depends how u define proper rest.. for me is only 1 or 2 days a week is rest after hardcore workout..some people rest only 1 day.. People only heard about rest, nutrition and workout, but dont know exact.. I use different types of workout such circuit and normal workout and my own type of workout coz u need to challenge ur body frequently...Peace

    I knw bro...was jess pulling ur leg....coz till date the max I have seen a person doing bench press is 100 kgs n ya I also knw tht jess working out wnt give u a good physique, proper rest, recovery period, Nutrition is also imp, actually doing weights is jess part of the process........Peace

  • What nonsense do u even know what iam talking about?? I do have better body than him,, but not necessary u get better body by lifting more weights..there are other factors more important to pay attention when it comes to lean body....

  • Most of the times celebrities who have good body do not have good form of doing exercise in there vids , john did all the exercises with great form, doing the exercise with proper form is more imp than lifting more weight, most ppl jess cheat thru the exercise n tht is y they dnt get desired results n thn slowly loose intrst, his pull up(chin up) form is how u do it rightly, does'nt matter how many u do 2,3 4, do it with right form!! n ya intake of good nutrition is most IMP!!
