Intelligent System for Vehicle Identification in a Private Place Using Neural Networks

In many avenues, car parking is necessary to identify the cars. A system that identifies the numbers of the car plate have been developed. Some Image Processing techniques were applied, once the regions of the image that contains the plate numbers are isolated, some properties are calculated and are introduced to a Neural Network which identifies the numbers. The video shows some examples about the system performance.

@RAWRimaTroll Yes, it is made with MatLab using NN, the images are from real cars as you can see. I saw your page and I found it really interesting too.
