Homemade Fruit and Nut Biscuit

This recipe is super easy to make and takes less than 5 mins + 25 mins cooking time. Its a grain free muesli bar great for a snack and when your on the run...
Ingredients

1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped MP walnuts
1 cup chopped MP cashews (or nuts of choice- MP Almonds)
1/4 Cup Honey
Raisins
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Method
Heat oven to 180 deg.Cel.

Beat eggs and honey together, Add chopped dates, nuts, almond meal & coconut and mix well
Press into a buttered muffin tray tin
Bake for 25 min at 180 degrees until brown on top.
