2010 YG Audition : Almost - Tamia

안녕하세요 제이름 은 김정아 입니다 (Hello my name is Jasmine Kim)
This was my audition tape, but i was worried that it didn't get through for the Applications.
I know I'm not the best.
I know I'm not the best looking either
But I know I want at least a shot at YG's auditions

Criticize if anyone wants, I know i have many things i can improve in vocally.

Ahahaha it's the method I've been using. My mom was actually a trainee at a company before she decided to come to America during high school. Which? I don't know. My mom says she'll tell me if I actually debut. :| I've seen really old videos of her, and it makes me wonder about a lot of things.

I would audition, but the only problem is that I don't have confidence in myself. I would rather freestyle dance at 3 am. :3

Anyway, my mom used to use that technique to get ready for ballads.

your actualy pretty good, good pitch, good voulme, but the energy seems to be too consistant, where parts of song should be lounder and mroe energized where other parts should be droped slightly.

I think you have a great and unique voice that Koreans would find interesting but the thing is you have a voice and is singing songs that a lot of Koreans are already used to hearing so there's no fun at that, nothing special. So suggest you sing kpop which is what they're really looking for! Sing a kpop song that you like and make that into your own song and style and I am pretty sure they'll like that better^^ also sing with confidence, and you have to enjoy the song as you sing as well and l

Your voice is so beautiful! As soon as I saw you and heard you I fell "in love" (not les....0.0)

I'm deciding on whether to send in an audition tape but I'm training my vocals first by yelling out high notes and starting a long note low then suddenly going high. it helps. but it's lengthy. xD
