Finally put my Home Server in it's new server chasis.

  • I got the close to the same case with the same problem (Rosewill RSV-L4000). and what I did was move the Main bars backward in my network rack so the handles dont have any problems with hitting the door

  • @RKBET Cool, I need to do some upgrade work on my server. I'll give that a try. Thanks for the suggestion!

  • Can't you just use the screws from the handles without actually putting the handles on. I'm sure you could find spacers or washers if you need something in between the two.

  • @bennyzee That's exactly what I did - I took the handles off and just used the brackets. I noticed though that on the front of the rack (where you would screw the case to the rack rails) that the holes didn't line up exactly - they are too narrow. The handles added some width so right now I just screwed in one side. I'll eventually get around to adding some washers or something to widen it up.
