I got the close to the same case with the same problem (Rosewill RSV-L4000). and what I did was move the Main bars backward in my network rack so the handles dont have any problems with hitting the door
Can't you just use the screws from the handles without actually putting the handles on. I'm sure you could find spacers or washers if you need something in between the two.
@bennyzee That's exactly what I did - I took the handles off and just used the brackets. I noticed though that on the front of the rack (where you would screw the case to the rack rails) that the holes didn't line up exactly - they are too narrow. The handles added some width so right now I just screwed in one side. I'll eventually get around to adding some washers or something to widen it up.
