how to quickly recharge shouts
1. use desired shout
2. switch to dragonrend and let it recharge
3.switch back to desired shout

@SavageR3ApZ its a luck thing,level affects what dragons u might encounter,however how many is a luck thing.
so for example,level 10 could encounter 2 dragons,but he will never encounter very strong ones
as for a higher level,he has the same chance to encounter 2 dragons,but they might both be elder dragons.
i think thats how it works,atleast
