All we can do is hope that computer security will get better over time and that most vital systems are not accessible by remote devices at all. Maybe one day the people controlling the information will have the power. Or maybe that's what is happening now. Maybe Humans communicate information forming social networks of unified knowledge more like a system. And maybe technology will help entwine these small social data bases leading to broader understanding. And maybe one day we will spend less time judging each other and more time understanding why.

Super Powers are just a manifestation (symptom) of the abrogation of personal power.
