An evil ranch foreman tries to provoke a range war by playing two cattlemen against each other while helping a gang to rustle the cattle. Each cattleman blames the other for missing cattle. With the help of Bill Cassidy (Hop-along, because of an earlier bullet wound) and Johnny Nelson, the warring cattlemen join forces to do in the outlaws.

  • Wow...brings back great memories! William Boyd, a silent screen actor of the 1920's...eventually became one of the richest men in Hollywood as he owned ther rights to the merchandising of Hopalong.

    THANKS.

  • All the movies and TV shows are now out on DVD. Get them-you won't be sorry!

    Hoppy lives on....

  • He was my favorite cowboy! So many of my friends, both young and older, loved Roy-but I never faltered. Now that I am adult, I still love him!

  • I was named after Hopalong Cassidy!

  • Hoppy was the best. I just pretended when I was a kid. I didn't have any of the cool stuff. Now I live by the code of honour and protect the innocent.

  • I watched all the H C series in the 50s, but HATED it at the end of the show when he would tell us kids to remember to help Mum wash up after dinner!!!!

Why spoil a good cowboy programme by doing that!!!

  • My gun and holster set was white with blue and red jewels studded into it!

  • I had Hoppy gun and holster set too, got it for Christmas in the mid 50's and was playing outside on the frozen pond behind my house and dropped one of the revolvers and broke the plastic handle grip.

My Dad was livid and I remember my Mother saying it was an accident.

Ruinied the entire day and I still remember it to this day.

Had a metal Hoppy lunch box too.

  • Great music.

  • i love watching his old movies
