Exploring Islam discusses some of the core principles of Islam, in: "THE UNFORGIVABLE SIN"

What are the consequences of engaging in this single greatest sin in Islam, known as Shirk; i.e. associating partners with Allah (Almighty God) or worshipping & calling on others besides Allah.

What are the various forms and manifestations of this grave sin? Why is it important for us to know about it? Why do we need to worship one God? And why must we worship at all?

The Holy Quran mentions:

Then do not set up rivals unto Allah (in worship) while you know (that He Alone has the right to be worshipped) [Quran 2:222]

And they set up rivals to Allah, to mislead (men) from His path! Say: Enjoy (your brief life)! But certainly, your destination is the Hellfire! [Quran 14:30]

  • Thanks once again bro for your comments!

    Please do not believe everything the media tells you about Islam. You've gotta read the sources yourself to make any kind of judgement on that and I guess that's the very least a person can do while seeking the truth. Right?

    As far as people coming back after having crossed over to the other side... bro! That has NEVER happened. The only one we're waiting on is Jesus (peace be upon him).

    Please contact us via our EMAIL (on main page) for details.

  • I have seen my creation before I was born on the earth. I have heard it said that the Quran says that you will receive 70 virgins when you are in heaven but, many whom have died and come back say that everyone was of one gender... No gender.

    Please explain this to me.

  • Will You then destroy us because of the deeds of men who practised Al-Bâtil (i.e. polytheism and committing crimes and sins, invoking and worshipping others besides Allah)?" Thus do We explain the Ayât (proofs, verses, signs, revelations) in detail, so that they may turn (unto the truth)." [Quran 7:172-174]

    Trust that clarifies. Your questions are ALWAYS welcome!

  • "And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this." Or lest you should say: "It was only our fathers afortime who took others as partners in worship along with Allah, and we were (merely their) descendants after them;

    The "millions of years ago" phrase is used as metaphorical indication of time, not to be taken literally by any means.

    The verses of the Quran that have been referred to, take us back to the time when Allah (God Almighty) created our souls for the very first time:

  • The Earth is not millions of years old. That is your first mistake... Evidence proves thus.
