Probably one of the best in the world, and he still plays in underground bands. I wish them to come to France.

@tamiryk There are all kinds of metal. This drummer is of a Death Metal band, so it's pretty much expected from him. It's a great solo, he got a good technique.

youre an amazing drummer but its sad that these kind of "solos" is what the metal scene wants to hear.
that was pretty boring and it felt like it focused on pure speed and no music was involved.

Hey man, thank you for your question. The drums are Premier Gen-X, Cymbals are all Sabians. All crashes are HHX (different lines), the ride is HH and the HH is either an AAX or an AA (I switch between them for no good reason besides the fact that I have them both). The heads are Evans EC2 clear for the toms, Reverse power dot for the snare. I also have my own set of microphones (all Beyerdynamic) and the kicks are triggered by dDrum 4 SE brain.

Last but not least (I was forced to reply using less than 500 characters so my reply was cut off)- Salem's live engineer is Mark Perel and the tech who recorded this show is Itzik Filiba. Decent equipment is all good but you need to have a great team to make it shine.

I cold'nt tell wether if you palyed the drums, or you hited them... why cant metal drummers at least try to be musical??
