    i don't do the scale anymore.. i go by my clothes now... i mean, i have the scale there and i know that can go do a quick check up..but what matters to me more is do my clothes fit and am I being active... and do i feel good... thats what counts.

  • 5 pounds is great!!! just think of how much more you can do! if you lose 5 pounds a month, in 12 months you will be 60 pounds less then you are now!!! great way to think about it huh? <3 Amber
