  • Dude, you're doing really well! You're right, life happens and you just have to keep pushing. If that means you need to extend the challenge for a week, or re-do a week, then that's fine. You're getting some awesome results regardless!

  • Hey, I did week 4 over because of "Life Issues!" I was lost and didn't know what to do about my workouts but you are doing the right thing by redoing a week over. I can see the big changes in your pictures and the big key is "Diet!" Keep up the great video posting!
