@TheAntho64 well yes, technically it is possible, but it is a dps loss if you have dual windfury unlike in BC where it was necessary. Google search "Enhancement Shaman 4.3 Guide. That should tell you everything there is to know

@TheAntho64 WF has a 3 second internal CD and by putting it on your offhand you lose 40% damage from lava lash so its possible but only if you wanna hit like a wet noodle.

Seriously, l2p, i mean fuck you cast only shit with maelstrom, never seen that you purged, you lost so much stacks of maelstrom instead of using GREAT healing wave and not healing surge...
