  • @madscientistify-you're mistaken.Some states do give tax incentives to get such facilities & the US govt gives research grants for many projects.Dig deeper you'll find both state of California & US govt had some input of some kind.Whats GK to do when kenyan private sector lacks the wherewithal for such initiatives?You've got to get investors which is what it has done..
