  • @Dannik001: I'll be honest...I don't know what kind of kick that was. Angle is key though. You have to make sure you're directly in front of your "victim" but your foot is always at least a whole foot away so you don't land any shots. : ) Thanks for the comment.

  • seriously, wicked knaps. if the title wasn't stage combat i really wouldve though you guys were beating the shit out of each other.

  • @zazachica Thanks yo. Check out some of my rap videos under the YouTube name JC2ed. I would appreciate it ; )

  • If you all care to see something other than stage combat, I am also a musician as well as an actor. Last Thanksgiving I produced my own funny rap music video called Turkey Killer. It has gotten some nice response so far and I wish for it to get more popular. If you care to check it out, please do. I promise it will at least give you a good laugh for the day. YouTube: Turkey Killer. It's the top video by Zubris (My rapper name) Have a great day.

  • I want to sincerely thank everyone who watches this video. We really appreciate it as we didn't realize all the amazing comments we're getting, so thank you. Demonccm2 all the sounds are called knaps and they are produced different ways depending on the type of 'hit' you are supposed to be receiving as getting kicked in real life would sound different than getting punched. A majority of the sounds are produced by either clapping hands together, or slapping your own body to produce a sound.

  • Fantastic Knaps!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you so much. I really need to find a place in NYC to improve my skills.

  • @ayeayefast Agreed!

  • great performance

  • The reactions were spot on. That was excellent.

  • wow... pretty damn good. Better than anything I can do by far.

  • this is amazing!

  • Greatest stage combat ever!!

  • @secretsantababe11 Look at SAFD.ORG. That is the website for the Society of American Fight Directors. Many college theater departments have some type of stage combat class, but you can also look at private classes and regional workshops. If you are thinking of getting into Acting, it is really important that you learn at least as little of this to keep yourself safe in any show.

  • This is so freaking fantastic. You guys rock!! I can't wait to study this in college.

  • really great job. It was very believable and it also had a twinge of comedy (the beginning) in it.

  • Epic.
