http://www.TheKneePainGuru.com - A common misconception to get over knee pain is to push through the pain in the hopes that the knee pain will go away on the other side. This usually leads to increased pain and frustration. On the other hand doing nothing doesn't really seem to be an option because something needs to be done about your knee. The key is to feel how to get out of knee pain. Your knee hurts so you feel that and now you must learn how to feel to get out of knee pain...I explain more in this video...
@dp1569 Absolutely you are welcome to steal it...just tell them where you got it from....

Great video, I love your analogy and it applies so well. There definitely is a happy medium between protecting the joint and testing the joint. Your analogy applies it perfectly. When you're sneaking through the house in the dark, you are reaching out with your arms like "feelers". You don't just put your head down and walk through hoping you don't run into anything. But if you are too afraid to move, you won't get anywhere. Just like healing. Great analogy, may I steal it?
