TV design show host Kenneth Brown will be designing the houses of Zac and Vanessa. As in two houses, they still have separate (sorry for spelling error in video!) places! Zac currently owns a two-bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills that cost him around $2.3 million in December. Vanessa however, is a different story. She owns a a 5,200-square-foot, $2.75 million Tuscan-style villa — six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a saline pool and a spa. Kenneth told Chicago Tribune the following:
"Theyre complete opposites, if they ever get married, theyll have to have separate houses. Hes very modern and shes very traditional.

understand that their rich and have the money to buy a big house, but really vanessa. you live alone. you dont need 5200 sf. i could understand if shee had a family and stuff but there is really no need for one person. plus, i would be scared to liv alone in that big of a house. i would want a small house like ashley tisdales or an apartment.
