Where to Migrate in Pokemon Heart Gold Soul Silver

FAQ's:
Q. Can you migrate from Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Leaf Green, or Fire Red?
A. Yes, you can migrate from all 5 of these games, but they need to be in the slot-2 device of you DS, and DS Lite, this does NOT include the DSi, as you cannot insert a GBA game to it because of the removal of the slot-2.

Q. Where is this place located?
A. I am at Fuchsia City, which is in Kanto, not Johto.

Q. Can you migrate to Heart Gold or Soul Silver from Platinum, Diamond, or Pearl?
A. No, you will need 2 DS's of any kind to trade NOT migrate.

Q. Are you using an R4?
A. No, I'm using a Supercard DSonei, which is like a R4, but is way better.

Q. How do I migrate?
A. You insert one of the main RPG Pokemon games into your DS Lite or DS. Then go to the main screen of Pokemon Heart Gold or Soul Silver, and go down from the character select screen and select Migrate from ______, whatever Pokemon game you have in your DS.

im hoping you can answer this question so please answer when you can. when i migrate my pokemon from emerald to soul silver, do their moves stay the same or do they change? and same with the levels, do they stay the same or do they change?

@joszamora1 Yes, but TM moves such as Rock Smash are invalid and must be untaught to be able to migrate them, but you can just re-teach them to the Pokemon you are migrating, also levels, ribbons, etc... all stay the same.
