Bangalore Lal Bagh Flower Show - Aug 2006

Most people know the city of Bangalore in India now as one of the world's leaders in software industry and entrepreneurship. Bangalore has been known for its Gardens for a very long time and the most famous one is the Lal Bagh garden started initially due to the vision of King Hyder Ali back in the year 1759, and it is still flourishing. Lab Bagh hosts two flower shows in a year and it is one of the best events you can see there. I was born and raised in Bangalore, and I was there visiting this past summer. They had a flower show for celebrating their Aug 15th Independence Day and here is a short version of the video footage I shot there. The variety of flowers, plants and colors are almost unbelievable.
