Too bad that this style of singing became "dated" with the advent of crooners only a year later. I prefer this style, and have enjoyed this song since I was 16.

Lovely song. Wonderful to see these examples of early Technicolor. "The Toll of The Sea" starring Anna Mae Wong was the very first commercial feature film shot in Technicolor.
