La bohème is one of the most famously melodious and eternally popular of all operas and returns to The Royal Opera this autumn, but for only four performances. The carefree attitude of youth and the harsh realities of life are poignantly contrasted through the tender affair of Mimì and Rodolfo, from the heights of first meeting through to the tragic end.

I was there on the 15th July 2008, for the couple Gallardo Domás-Aronica. Quite good. The production is marvelous!!!
