I actually liked this thriller, and I stopped liking M. Night Shyamalamadingdong's films after the groundbreaking, Unbreakable. Seriously, Unbreakable was a great movie, but the ones that came after it (The Village, The Happening) just put me to sleep. M. Night Shyamalama got it right this time.

old lady is da devil, at the end she comes up behind the guy with the hood and reveals that shes the devil. the devil kills her previosly by hanging her then they get the tits girl by slicing her throat, so te last guy left is hoodie cuz he killed the cops family and left the note.
