Re David Foster, I must admit I am thoroughly sick of Charice doing the bodyguard medley. However, it's harsh judgement to blame DF for Charice's 'slow' penetration of the music market - and who can blame him for wanting her to sing his songs?

To me, the problem is that she is an Asian trying to penetrate a market that does not favour Asians - it's not racism - she just doesn't fit the image they choose to promote.

one cannot blame david foster for keeping charice on a string. he has made alot of money especially on the asian tours. yes charice has been slow to penetrate u.s market and that has been through discrimination no doubt. i see taylor swift demi lovato selena gomez get all the accolades and have just a small fraction of her talent. the mainstream music critics are slow to recognize her talent

this is not the first time DF told the audience that Charice will no longer song his song because she has its own song. But until now DF still continue to use Charice in his tour and anywhere, They found Charice although she help her kept Charice wings to grow, still She earn a lot of money out of Charice. But David Foster is not only thingking of business as usual. He cares about the Artist to grow. Thats make him legendary.
