Unfortunately, she will be our next governor. The sad thing is that she'll be elected solely because of this ridiculous bill ... for some reason, many of my fellow Arizonans don't understand the real impact of this bill, i.e., how much it's costing Arizona and how much it's damaging the state's reputation. They only look at it like, "Finally, someone's standing up to immigration." She was so far ahead in the Primary Election. Sadly, I don't see her losing in November.

..I would like to think by the comments on here that all you Mexicans banned together trying to make her look bad and you FAILED again, Jan Brewer is just following the law which is more than I can say about any other Politician, and standing up for the Law and what the people want !! I don't get why she hesitated momentarily and then lied about saying that she doesn't know. She knows what an illegal immigrant looks like and so does everyone else in Arizona. An illegal immigrant obviously looks like a Mexican, just like every terrorist looks like an Arab. It's so obvious that I find it quite sad that she hesitated. I mean how is she supposed to lead Arizona if she is so hesitant like this?

@factorywebdesign It's damaging it's reputation to liberals, because you all think this is some how racist. What this bill does is it gives police the right to profile you if your legal AFTER they have pulled you over in a car or arrested you. What is racist about that? In what way is it discriminating against a certain race? For all we know, this bill could help find and deport European aliens. Would it be racist if they deported their own race? Because it'd be the same idea.
