This is a communal flight of Australian Cockatoos. This aviary is very large and the birds have been well socialized since they young and are provided with enrichment to prevent boredom related aggression. Housing these species together in small confined aviaries is not recommended due to the potential for aggression. This aviary is also within our sight and/or hearing at all times.
Species include Carnaby's White-tailed Black Cockatoos, Major Mitchell Cockatoos, Galahs, Sulphur Crested Cockatoo, Cockatiel, Red-tailed Black Cockatoo and Princess Parrot.
