crip walk is slower than the clown walk, but as a compensation it looks cleaner. Also, clown walk has more moves, crip walk is basically V and shuffle variations along with some wow moves, but stuff like X hop, heel toe and knee drop, and almost all spins except for the shuffle spin, it's all clowning. When you do clown walk moves at crip walk speed and rythm, It's called Crown walking. So, basically, because I've seen some Xhops and heeltoes in here, they Crown.
