Sea Snake or more accurately a "krait" (Laticauda colubrina) videotaped feeding on an eel (Gymnothorax sp.) in Fiji. Location was a patch reef off Pacific Harbour at a depth of about 30'. The krait had already killed the eel and was swallowing it when my wife, Marj, found it. Bruce Carlson video.

sea snakes are quite docile and less likely to bite humans than an eel. You would have to be pretty rough or unfortunate to be bitten by one
