The Fall/ Winter 2009 GUESS by Marciano campaign transports the viewer to a dreamlike state where the eye can focus and adjust to the natural beauty of the outdoors, the simple relationship between man and woman, and the extraordinary clothing. Photographed in black & white, the campaign is tastefully shot to showcase the GUESS by Marciano girl in real life situations showing that this lifestyle is attainable.

The campaign, shot in Malibu by photographer Vincent Peters and featuring Klara Wester and Tony Ward, showcases vignettes at an Italian beach house and Italian countryside ponds. The scenes offer an escape from everyones day to day life into the beautiful lives of strangers. The photographs, shot in natural lighting, are spontaneous, highlighting simple human actions and emotions and evoking a connection between the viewer and the brand. Ruffle front blouses are juxtaposed against pencil skirts while printed skirts create a focal point against the natural outdoor environment. The clothing blends into the gorgeous background, people and mood, all meshing together into the GUESS by Marciano lifestyle.

Guided by the creative direction of Paul Marciano, the campaign features a seductive yet realistic look at the GUESS by Marciano woman, captured and brought to reality by renowned photographer, Vincent Peters. The images are captured in unforgettable black & white images, depicting the alluring lifestyle of the Guess by Marciano woman.
