  • music videos need quicker cuts if they are going to be at a normal tempo. slower shots typically have less cuts in music video sequences...something else to consider is the rhythm & BPM of the song also dictates the tempo of your video. i like the multiple screens, and the acting was charming. could use some color correction. you should really check out adobe after effects. adobe premiere also, in my opinion, is a much better editing platform than FCP.

  • Thanks for your insight. Yeah, this was a quick thing to come up with, and I didn't have too much time to really edit it as much as possible, so I am happy with the outcome of it. I haven't really worked with After Effects much to really edit stuff on it, and I've never worked with Adobe Premiere, but I will be learning soon. Quicker cuts would have been better, but I didn't have enough time to really get a lot of shots and put them all together. Thanks, though!

  • This was very cute!

  • Thankkkks!<3

  • pretty good and I love your dress!!! Im gonna steal it from you ^_^

  • I also took a film course in highschool where I learned how to use Final Cut, and now I'm in uni, but not in the film department :( thats fabulous, I'll have to see what i can get my hands on!

  • I use to use iMovie, then tried using Final Cut Pro, didn't know how to work it, so I went back to iMovie, then took film class in high school and learned there (where I made this video), and then I bought Final Cut Pro Express at my college, which works like ea charm (if you're lucky, you could get yours for $75 like I did)

  • I'm super jealous, i can't afford it, so i'm working with iMovie. :( oh well, we all have to use what we can.

  • Final Cut Pro

  • aaahh I see. that makes more sense, and your welcome, p.s what program do you use?
