At home butt workout

O.K girls here is a great butt blasting workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home in front of the T.V!
1. Squats
2. Glute bridges
3. Sumo squats
4.1 leg glute raises
5. Wall sit (30secs to 1min hold)
* Perform 15-20 repetitions of each exercise in a circuit format. Have 1 minute rest then do it again! Try to do 3-5 circuits.
