Quest for Glory III: Wages of War playthrough #1: Intro and chasing the thief

There will be 21 videos. It's my least favorite in the series, but it's still decent. I finish the game with 485 points. A perfect score is not possible. I missed the 7 points from talking to the survivor at the inn at night. He never showed up, no matter what I did. I played through the game three times and went to the inn every time I did anything remotely important, and he never appeared. A few times during the playthrough I check the inn for him, but no dice. Bah.

Also, when it recaps what happened in the end of QFG2, the Statue of Iblis and the gargoyle are missing and the hero is wearing the wrong clothes. And I don't know what causes that SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS message to appear. Didn't they test this game before they released it?

However, you won't get the points if you use the log twice. If you burn the thorns with your tinderbox and then take the ring, you'll get 5 points.

I looked back at that video, and I did get the points for the ring of thorns even though I didn't use the tinderbox.

It seems like I didn't get the points for throwing the spear at the ring over the pit, even though I won the event.

Great game, but the end, I was fighting the glitches as much as the villain. What a load of cowabunga shit with a side of curly fries.

Yeah, sometimes after killing a monster and trying to leave the screen, the game would freeze.

Yeah, I like V. It's different than the rest of the games but it's still fun.

This was my favorite in the series.. maybe becouse it was the first one i played. But all the games have a special place in my heart! :-D
