2000 Camaro SS acceleration 0 - 150 mph

Need traction mod. I also started going up a hill around 120mph as you can tell I lose speed when in between my 4-5 shift.

@roji556 RPM is RPM, there is no calibration. The only relevant thing is redline. He could, perhaps, strip the entire instrument cluster and replace the whole face of it just to have the red portion of the RPM range start at, say, 6,500, but why? He knows what the effective redline is for his modified engine.

btw i personally have owed camaros and mustangs. i have had 5 mustangs total and three camaros. 87lx (13.3 in the 1/4) 94gt (13.7 1/4) 97 gt cobra clone (fobra show car) 84 gt convertible (first mustang) 2003 gt (dd for a year) 89 rs (slow enough said lol) 89 iroc (stock 14.2 1/4 350 tpi) 2000 z28 (147 mph top speed so far catching up with traffic) (13.3 1/4) So no im not new to the cars and yes im on old fart

so looks like before anyone can post a top speed run they need to do a look around the car with the camera showing engine and interior to show all mods and weight delete. then put a stop watch in front of the gauge cluster showing the time so it shows its not sped up faster. instead of just filming the speedo show the speedo and just above the dash so you can see the road. Bad part is after all that effort someone will still call bullshyt lol

ok to save this video from anymore bashing and crap. These cars are fast, if you have never been a ls1 4th gen f-body with a 6spd then why bother arguing? Second, "it jump from 0-20 way to fast" really? it did a hard lauch spun its wheels and the speedo jump to 20 from spinning gained traction and left.... "45-60 way to quick" see reason from 0-20.

about the redline. these cars do have a rev limiter stock so either it had a hand held tuner on it or dyno tuned.....you pick.

@chad480906 97 had a different engine with smaller output, i have one aswell and it's bone stock. It doesnt take off quite as fast as this unless it has modifications.
