Zimmerman, having been refused a debate by Michael Coren at York University, decided to debate the issues in his absence. He called for the dismantling of the Dome of the Rock and called anyone who thinks that Israel cares about Gaza is a "filthy anti-Semite", as well as other questionable things. Ironically this was at an event called "Stop Hate, Talk Peace."

  • "The more Qassam fire intensifies and the rockets reach a longer range, they will bring upon themselves a bigger 'shoah' because we will use all our might to defend ourselves." - Israel's former deputy defense minister Matan Vilnai

We never really hear about these genocidal threats do we? A major difference is Israel can deliver these threats, whereas Hamas cannot.

  • The idea that Israel is an “apartheid state” is a complete falsity. The Israeli government is looking after the safety of its Jewish population that is targeted by Hamas in Gaza and nearby countries such as Iran, Lebanon, and Syria for anti-Semitic reasons. Threats have been made by the rulers of these regions toward Israel and its Jewish population (and sometimes even the worldwide population of Jews). Israel, like any sovereign nation, is defending itself from such malicious threats.

  • @Silverwire100 so it's looking out for its security as it expands Jewish-only settlements in the West Bank? Not sure how that's conducive to security.

  • Thank you for your voice, it is much needed. Having been to the West Bank and Gaza and having seen the terrible situation that the immoral Zionist blockade has imposed upon the Palestinians, it is beyond my understanding how any Jew would support such policies. Judaism is love, compassion and respect for the property, dignity and life of the Other. Zionism is not Judaism.

  • @AngryJewess I and my friends have been called "anti-Semitic" for saying just that. It's absurd. We have to put these xenophobic apologists on the fringes where they belong.

  • "Identifying the objection expressed by global public opinion to the occupation policy as anti-Semitic is simplistic, provincial and artificial. Experience shows that this global trend won't change until we normalize our relations with the Palestinians." - Ilan Baruch, former Israeli diplomat (quit earlier this month)

  • ...I have seen and heard the stories first hand and met wonderful people on BOTH sides. Sadly their voices seemed to get drowned out by those like Coren and his manufactured, self-serving and racist propaganda.

I was raised Jewish and hey, we "self-hating jews" need to stick together and scream louder! Let me know if there is anything I can do.

  • Coren like the rest of the Israeli LOBBY OWNED Propagandists hasn't ANY Credibility with SANE THINKING People.

These are the Bastards that Called Judge Goldstone a "Self-Hating Jew" becuz he DARED KEEp HIS MORALS and ETHICS and REPORTED HONESTLY on GAZA.

They Attack EVERy JEW that SHOUTS "NEVER AGAIN in OUR NAME" .

Well it is these"SELF-HAting Jews" that show the WORLD that the FAR RIGHT Israeli GOVERNMENT doesn't represent ALL JEWS.

Tell the TRUTH I Love those "Self-Hating Jews"LOL

  • @laurjess88 I never implied that, you did.

I am a Muslim and spent a large part of my childhood in Saudi Arabia – something which, in the eyes of many Muslims, means I should automatically defend the "Palestinian struggle".

This is absurd and such support invariably means overlooking the vicious crimes being perpetrated by Hamas – against the Jews and, increasingly, its own population too.

  • @laurjess88 Moderate Muslims are also speaking up against their extremists.

"Palestinian leaders seem to be interested in proving their “merit” by destroying Israel than in gaining a better life for their people."Tawfik Hamid Islamic Reformer & former terrorist

" I tell you with certainty that the Israelis care about the Palestinians far more than the Hamas or Fatah leadership does."

Mosab Hassan Yousef ( the son of Sheikh Hassan Yousef, a Hamas founder & leader

    Here's a quote for you:

"Those in glass houses, shouldn't throw stones."

Perhaps a second look at your username is in order. To imply that all Muslims or all Arabs are extremists who wish to annihilate anyone and everyone else is beyond simplistic and racist. In other words: "theres more to it."

    Khaled Mash'al Hamas Leader

"Yes, Allah is greater than America. Allah is greater than the superpowers. We say to this West, by Allah you will be defeated.

Today, the Arab and Islamic nation is rising and awakening, it will regain the leadership of the world. Death to Israel. Death to America."

  • @laurjess88

“The Palestinian-Israeli conflict represents the focal point of the larger confrontation of the Muslim world against the non- Muslim world. Israel may be the frontline enemy, but beyond the Mediterranean and the ocean is the non-Muslim world that Muslims believe they need to conquer for Islam. In the process, Palestinians have been sacrificed and kept hostage as the frontline of Arab jihad.”

  • @laurjess88 "The Day of Judgement will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslims, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews." (related by al-Bukhari and Muslim).
