Thank you. I recently bought some property but it has no road. It butts up to a national forest I was wondering if a private person can get permission to go through the national forest to connect to a road for the property.

@wrathmaster Very unlikely. Most properties that are surrounded by naitonal forest do not actually have legal access for vehicular purposes.

@wrathmaster On average, 40 acres of good timber would be needed to justify setting up an operation. It is often possible to obtain permits to cross national forest to access the property.

I hope New Jersey Department of Fish and Game see this video!!!! As well as the Federal Gov't who owns Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.They should have been doing this for years.
