plant a potted vegetable garden you don't even need land to do this it could be in your patio
a seed packet cost less than a Dollar and the returns are thousand fold
fresh food that you know that is safe
not some produce coming 6,000 miles away thats been stored for weeks on end
wheres the nutrient/vitamins in that !
