yep, torture is bad. Doesn't work, and uh, is morally reprehensible.

Nice use of the "there are two schools of thought" cannard, but I think Shep already cleared it up. I thought conservatives hated that moral relativism? Next we're gonna hear 'em say, "well is some cultures it is acceptable, so maybe it can be considered a cultural construction."

  • Shep is the only one with any damn sense on that network. From Katrina, to mocking the ridiculousness of Glenn Beck, and now this. He's the only one it seems to care about real news and not neocon sensationalism. Every news network seems to be about sensationalism now...

Of course Shep will probably be fired soon for being what they consider to be too liberal...

    Fair and balanced, YAY!....

  • Only a sick reprobate F wouldn't torture a guilty resistant criminal/terrorist/enemy combatant to save the lives of innocent people.

Torture as a form of punishment, yes, that is sick but it's completely different from the case at hand.

  • Let's see the FCC go off on him for his foul language!
