@phrolix if they were as in love as she says they were, then when he went MIA why didn't she go to, i don't know, maybe his mom? Or another relative? Sure she called his mom, but she didn't leave a phone number and why the fuck didn't she just go over there if she was that in need of getting ahold if him? Instead, she assumed he was avoiding her, at great lengths, and went cuckoo bananas. I'm pretty sure any rational person would have made sure of these things before doing what she did.

Seriously, I don't see how this is funny. Any person on earth would have behaved this emotionally if they were in her situation. If you don't know your partner is MIA, you assume all sorts of things... you can't exactly be rational. Your feelings take over and you behave in very immature ways. Now... The guy claims he told her before the trip... but really if she didn't know and his friends didn't know... then it's questionable how obvious he made it.

What bothers me is the total lack of effort that went into figuring out where he was. I mean if he's not responding, it wouldn't hurt to go to his house and at least ask his mom, or to find one or two of his friends.
