(MGS2) Steel Grip Trophy/Achievement-FASTEST WAY

1 of these is equal to 10 pullups..So 10 of these will get you to level 2 and 10 more to level 3..You drop down from the ledge by pressing X then you have to press triangle as soon as you reach the bottom ledge...This may take some practice and I bet you will die many times while doing this...But it's way faster than doing 200 total pullups...You might wanna save the game before trying this...
