@ixataca things that are quite close at a cosmological scale we can tell are moving away, and speeding up so at the moment in time it's safe to say it's still expanding

I'm too lazy to research on my own right now so any body can answer
since the (moving away)galaxies are so far away from us we are actually looking at the past, could it be at the present the universe is contracting right now? can we know?

-If the big bang created the universe/ space/ time and is ever expanding, is there a center point from which it all started?
- What exists beyond this expansion point (the edge)?
- Where are we in relation to to the origin?
