TheRabbittReport.com presents this rare 1958 track from Waylon Jennings with Buddy Holly on guitar and King Curtis on tenor sax recorded in Clovis, New Mexico for Brunswick Records. FYI: The cajun lyrics are just gibberish, as the boys listened to the original Cajun classic by Harry Choates and then just set down and copied the words like they thought they sounded. Evidently, they weren't even close! too bad for pure Cajuns.I do not think waylon or buddy meant you any harm. I requested this song out loud at a concert and Waylon did the first verse and said that was all he could remember. A memory for me forever.
