  • Went here last night. Good food, no doubt, but a little overrated IMHO. I think if there were a lot of Burmese restaurants around it wouldn't be so highly lauded. I would rather have a solid meal at one of the many good Thai restaurants in The City without waiting an hour; worth a try though. I read a review on Check Please that said the salads and appetizers are great, but the entrees are nothing fantastic -- I agree. Everyone talks about the Samusa Soup and it was indeed really good

  • nasty food in World

  • The food is not very authentic burmese. A lot of Chinese influence!

  • This is not authentic burmese tea leaf salad. It's is influenced by chinese cooks!

  • My late burmese grandmother would turn in her grave to find out that this concoction is called "tealeaf salad" (lephek thoke). It must be the chinese influence in Burma!
