  • Thank you for sharing this extraordinary work.

  • Clicked on this video by accident, ended up weeping by the end. God dammit, bach.

  • The first time I heard this Cantata, I was 13 years old. I would play it every night before I went to sleep, never knowing what the Cantata meant. This Canatata was meant to be played in descendo. "Weinen, Klagen, Sorgen, Zargen" BWV 12 (2/7) this piece of music speaks about the tribulation of the Christians and how they suffered. Each note is supposed to be felt with emotion. Thank you for sharing, but too fast.

  • Danke vielmals für die Koopmans Aufnahme.

  • Koopman -- always the first!!
