The spelling here is dreadful. Seen better spelling from those who do not have English as a first language. It is UNIQUE it is French and it is SYMBOL NOT SEMBAL. and it is BILLBOARD NOT BELLBOARD. If speaking a langyage learn to spell it correctly.

I think this British guy on the BBC is Angry at Libya because Libya supported the IRA= the Irish. The British hate LIBYA and any one who supported the Irish. I believe that Libya should not let all cooperations in. Because Libya is special uneek place.
